OK, this may be the craziest thing I’ve ever done, but I’m going to plunge myself into writing at least something for NaNoWriMo this year. The actual goal is 50,000 words. With other commitments, I can’t do anywhere near that, or it would be hard, without sacrificing basic necessities, but I’ve decided to go for 10k by the end of the month. I’ll be posting updates here at the end of every writing session.

5,785 words in. I’m trying to put a NaNoWriMo widget in the sidebar, so that you can view my progress without having to look at this page, but it’s not been that successful.

7,555 words at the close of writing today. Should hit 9,172 tomorrow. (Hopefully, work being kind..if not, Friday.)
